THE REALITY
Every night, veterans sleep without a roof.
They answered the call. They left home, crossed oceans, and carried a weight most of us will never know. When they came back, many had nothing left to return to.
The Michigan Veterans Foundation exists because that is unacceptable.
We provide homeless veterans in Detroit with transitional housing, life skills training, healthcare access, PTSD counseling, employment support, and the veteran-to-veteran community that reminds them: you are not alone.

Located at 4626 Grand River Ave. in Detroit, the DVC gives veterans the skills, community, and confidence to break the cycle of homelessness.
